인도 신선 감자 수출 시장 (11월, 2022)

In the past ten days, India has seen significant fluctuations in the prices of two staple food items. Potato prices have plummeted by 23%, from ₹30 to ₹22 per kilo, as traders who had been holding back their stock in anticipation of higher prices began to offload. This trend is expected to persist until January. On the other hand, soybean oil prices have surged by nearly 6%, to ₹148 per liter, due to reduced imports and increased domestic supply. This increase in soybean oil prices is attributed to farmers withholding their crops and limited imports by edible oil players, though prices could decrease if the domestic supply of soybeans for crushing were to increase.
