Export market for Frozen Raspberries in Chile (11월, 2022)

The Office of Agrarian Studies and Policies (Odepa) released its November 2022 fruit bulletin, highlighting a 4.2% increase in volume and 20.2% increase in value in processed fruit exports from January to October 2022, compared to the previous year. The most valuable category was Frozen fruits, followed by Dehydrated, Canned, Juices, and Oils. Notably, only juices experienced a decrease in export value. Dehydrated products, oils, and preserves all saw over 30% increases in sales compared to 2021. Major buyers included the United States, Peru, Mexico, Japan, and the United States. Between January and October 2022, 3.11 million tons of fruit were exported, with processed fruit accounting for 23.1% of the total value.
