Export market for White Wine in Spain (12월, 2022)

The Union of Unions of Farmers and Ranchers has criticized the underutilization of funds from the support program for the Spanish wine sector PASVE in the FEGA 2022 financial year, which led to over 15 million euros going unused. The Spanish Agrarian Guarantee Fund reported that only 187 million euros out of a budget of over 202 million euros was executed, and the union sees this as evidence of poor management by the involved administrations. The union also points out that the underutilized funds could have been used for other sector interventions and investments required by the upcoming Eco-regimes in 2023.
