Export market for Yogurt in Turkiye (11월, 2022)

The Turkish Statistical Institute has reported a 6.1% decrease in cow's milk collected by commercial dairy enterprises in September compared to August, and a 4.4% decrease compared to the same month the previous year. The total cow's milk collected from January to September also decreased by 2.7% compared to the same period the previous year. Additionally, the production of ayan and cow cheese decreased in September compared to the same month the previous year, while butter, yoghurt, and drinking milk production also saw decreases compared to the previous year, but some experiences increases in the first nine months of the year.
