Import market for Wheat in Turkmenistan (6월, 2022)

Wheat harvesting has commenced in Turkmenistan, with the President setting a target for grain growers to harvest 1.4 million tons from 690,000 hectares across five velayats. The harvest will be conducted using combine harvesters such as 2,64 Claas, John Deere, Case, and New Holland, with support from hundreds of mobile repair and mechanical teams. Despite state financial and economic incentives, farmers often bear most of the costs themselves, and the production of crops like cotton, wheat, and silkworm cocoons is reported to be unprofitable.
