Brazil enters 2026 with a central role in the global beef market, in an environment marked by firm demand and signs of change in the cattle cycle. According to StoneX, the country arrives at the new year consolidated as the main global supplier after a 2025 of record production and export, in an international scenario of restricted and concentrated supply.
