According to the Jeju branch of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, the cultivation area and production volume of greenhouse tangerines in Jeju are 468 hectares and 27,036 tons as of 2024, showing a continuous increase since 2015, with cultivation area and production volume increasing by 87.2% and 32.5%, respectively, compared to 2015. Greenhouse tangerines account for 2% of the total citrus cultivation area and 5% of production in the Jeju region, with gross revenue of 112.47 billion won, representing 8% of the total tangerine gross revenue.
