As of October, Russia ranked seventh among South Korea's noodle buyers, with the top five being China ($37.6 million), the United States ($23.3 million), Japan ($8.02 million), the Philippines ($6.4 million), and the United Kingdom ($6 million). Furthermore, in October of this year, Moscow purchased frozen dumplings worth $141,000 from Seoul, which was 1.5 times higher than the previous month and 14% higher than the same period last year. For the first ten months of this year, the supply decreased by one-third, reaching $106,000.

According to data from the center, from January to October 2025, Russia exported approximately 1,400 tons of pasta to China, with an export value exceeding 1.2 million USD. Compared to the same period in 2024 (960 tons, 930,000 USD), the export volume increased by 44%, and the export value increased by 28%. The Russian Agricultural Products Export Development Center previously stated that in the first nine months of 2025, Russia exported over 100,000 tons of pasta to foreign markets, with an export value of 154 million USD, an increase of 21% in export volume and 8% in export value compared to the same period last year. Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan have become the largest importers of Russian pasta. Ilya Ilyushin, Director of the Russian Agricultural Products Export Development Center, pointed out that pasta is a staple food in many countries, and Russia has established a large-scale, modernized production platform for pasta. Ilyushin said, "According to our estimates, the export value of pasta may reach 250 million USD by 2030." On March 18, the Russian Agricultural Products Export Center told the satellite news agency that according to preliminary statistics, in 2024, Russia exported over 8.3 million tons of agricultural products to China, with a total export value of approximately 7.4 billion USD. Among the agricultural products exported to China, the largest export volume was rapeseed oil (13%), followed by barley (10%), and then sunflower oil and peas (each 8%), and soybeans (7%). China became the main importer of Russian agricultural products in 2024, maintaining this position for two consecutive years. On November 6, Ilya Ilyushin, Director of the Russian Agricultural Products Export Development Center, stated that China is the main importer of a series of Russian agricultural products. Ilyushin pointed out that China is the main importer of Russian grains and legumes, oil products, dairy products, meat, confectionery, food and processed products, fish, and seafood.
