01 China's Baijiu Production Area Technology Support Plan Launched Recently, the China Alcoholic Drinks Association issued a notice soliciting the first batch of participating enterprises for the "China Baijiu Production Area Technology Support Plan": To deeply explore the scientific connotations of baijiu production areas and construct a technological ecosystem for Chinese baijiu production areas, the "China Baijiu Production Area Technology Support Plan" is now being launched. The plan will be jointly implemented by baijiu enterprises and research institutes, led by the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, aiming to consolidate production area characteristics and enhance industrial competitiveness through technological empowerment. The first batch of participating enterprises is now being solicited across the industry, with application period from July 8 to August 1. 02 CNBDA Investigates Cognac and Bordeaux Production Areas From July 4-7, 2025, China Alcoholic Drinks Association Chairman Song Shuyu led an investigation team to visit Paris, Cognac, and Bordeaux in France, investigating and researching the development of French liquor and wine industries, understanding industrial policies and market dynamics. 03 Sichuan Liquor Goes Global to Germany/Seychelles From July 3-8, as part of the 2025 "Sichuan Manufacturing" overseas promotion series, "Sichuan Liquor Global Tour" made its first entry into Germany and Seychelles. 01 National Baijiu Comparative Price Index Sees Slight Increase According to national baijiu price survey data, the national baijiu comparative price total index in early July was 100.04, rising 0.04%. From the classification index, the famous liquor comparative price index was 99.97, down 0.03%; the local liquor comparative price index was 100.19, up 0.19%; the base liquor comparative price index remained stable at 100.00. From the base price index perspective, the national baijiu wholesale commodity base total index in early July was 108.34, rising 8.34%. Among this, the famous liquor base price index was 110.38, up 10.38%; the local liquor base price index was 103.74, up 3.74%; the base liquor base price index was 110.21, up 10.21%. 02 Renhuai Inspects Over 1,100 Liquor Enterprises Recently, the Renhuai Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, under the guidance of the municipal party committee, municipal government, and Zunyi Market Supervision Bureau, precisely focused on difficulties, blockages, and risk points in liquor market marketing violations. They conducted comprehensive inspections across different zones, checking over 200 baijiu production enterprises and over 900 baijiu sales enterprises, with 17 administrative cases filed. Moving forward, the bureau will maintain a zero-tolerance, high-pressure approach to continuously regulate baijiu production, contract processing, and marketing practices to purify the Sauce Fragrance baijiu industry's development environment. 03 Moutai Fully Committed to Achieving Annual Objectives On July 11, Moutai Group held a Party Committee (expanded) meeting.
