Agricultural entrepreneur: built an empire from nothing and today manages 30,000 hectares
Agropecuaria Mistol Ancho is an integrated and diversified company dedicated to agricultural and livestock production in northern Argentina. It sows 20,000 hectares, including owned and leased lands, in the provinces of Catamarca, Santiago del Estero, and Tucumán, of which it irrigates 5,000 with pivots powered by solar panels. Using high technology, it produces soybean, corn, and wheat seeds for top-tier breeding, which are classified in its own plant. It also distributes the produced seed in the north and center of the country and exports it to Bolivia and Uruguay. On the other hand, it develops commercial agriculture based on these same crops, to which others such as rye, sorghum, and forage seed are added, among others.
