Export market for Fresh Lemon in Vietnam (12월, 2022)

Farmers in Long An province are excited about successful export shipments of lemons and lemongrass, despite previous export market difficulties due to the epidemic. Many lemons are consumed by the Vietnamese Lemon Company for export to countries such as the US, Japan, China, and Norway. The Lemon Viet Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company exports about 10 tons of fresh lemons monthly to these markets and has received new orders from China, Norway, and the Middle East. The Long An Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is supporting farmers and implementing high-tech agricultural programs to expand agricultural product markets. The province is focusing on developing the rice market, as well as products like durian, and is promoting trade to increase the value of agricultural products.
