Shanghai, China, November 3, 2025 BLOOM FRESH International Ltd. announced that the six-month application window for the legalization project of the IFG six varieties in China has officially closed on October 31, 2025. This marks a significant milestone for one of the most iconic and distinctive varieties of fresh grapes globally, the IFG six varieties, which are sold under the trademarks "SWEET SAPPHIRE™" and "甜蜜蓝宝石™". The first phase of the project was a collaboration between BLOOM FRESH and leading industry companies Baiguo Seed Industry, Haoguo Cloud, and Yuqian Agriculture, providing an opportunity for illegal growers to avoid prosecution by proactively applying to join the amnesty program, while also gaining BLOOM FRESH's world-class technical, quality, and marketing support. The project aims to build the brand influence of "SWEET SAPPHIRE™" and "甜蜜蓝宝石™", stimulate consumer demand, and create higher value for all parties. During the six-month application period, BLOOM FRESH conducted extensive touring and promotional activities in multiple provinces across China. Together with our partners, we met with growers, local governments, and stakeholders to share the benefits of becoming an authorized IFG six grower and participating in the project, and to explain the legalization process and application methods. BLOOM FRESH also communicated with supply chain stakeholders, including wholesalers, retailers, and exporters, urging them to stop selling unauthorized fruits and encouraging their suppliers to apply to participate in the legalization project. With the conclusion of the first phase of the legalization project and the closing of the application window, BLOOM FRESH will continue to review and assess the received applications, aiming to approve all fully submitted applications from growers as soon as possible. Given the success of the project, BLOOM FRESH will increase its marketing and promotion efforts for "SWEET SAPPHIRE™" and "甜蜜蓝宝石™", and will provide strong support to industry chain partners involved in the legal cultivation, procurement, and retail of these grapes. Between January and September 2025, China imported 780 thousand tons of pork, a number similar to the previous year (790 thousand tons in 2024), but representing a 76% drop compared to the same period in 2020, when imports reached 3.28 million tons. On the contrary, imports of offal, although they have also decreased over these years, have remained more stable.
