Brazil’s pork exports have been moving at a strong pace in February, following a decline from December 2024 to January 2025, according to a recent market report from Cepea. The reduction in export volumes has tightened domestic supply, driving up pork prices across all regions monitored by Cepea. Strong demand has further reinforced this upward trend.

The purchase prices of industrial pork in live weight have remained stable for a month and a half. Such results of weekly monitoring of prices for pigs in slaughter conditions are announced by the analytical department of the Association "Pig Farmers of Ukraine". In the second half of February, live pig market quotations remained within 74–76 UAH/kg. The lower end of the range is mainly gravitating in the West, while in other regions, pigs in slaughter conditions are sold at prices starting from 75 UAH/kg. Since in most cases the prices of the preparation were revised by 0.5–1 UAH/kg within the mentioned price corridor, the average market price remained at 74.55 UAH/kg. Representatives of the meat processing industry note that prices for chilled pork half-carcasses are mostly stable.
