Specifically, in September, Vietnam exported 20,487 tons of various types of pepper, with an export value of 136.3 million USD. Although it decreased compared to August, compared to the same period in 2024, the export volume increased by 15.6%, and the value increased by 3.7%. In the first nine months, the cumulative export volume of cinnamon reached 90,478 tons, with an export value of 228.3 million USD, up 30.5% and 17.5% respectively from the same period last year. India is Vietnam's largest export market for cinnamon, accounting for 39% of total exports, reaching 35,329 tons, with a significant increase of 51%. The United States accounts for 11%, reaching nearly 10,000 tons; Bangladesh accounts for 7.3%, reaching 6,615 tons.

The latest information from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shows that in August, enterprises exported 21,000 tons of pepper, earning 126.8 million USD.
