Ukraine will be able to import fewer potatoes thanks to the state program to compensate for the construction of vegetable storage facilities.

Prices for new crop rapeseed in Ukrainian ports last week increased under the influence of global trends, in particular against the background of a record increase in prices for Canadian canola and the continued high demand for oilseed from the European Union. This is reported by APK-Inform. Demand prices for Ukrainian oilseed reached 490-500 USD/t CPT-port (GM oilseed) and 515 USD/t CPT-port for non-GMO rapeseed. No significant price fluctuations were observed on the domestic rapeseed market during the reporting period, however, given the increase in demand for new crop oilseed from both processors and exporters, demand prices also increased slightly.
