According to aT, the purchase of summer cabbage will be carried out from this month (August) primarily in highland cabbage-producing areas such as Pyeongchang, Jeongseon, and Gangneung in Gangwon Province. The specific schedule and volume of the purchase will be adjusted flexibly based on the growth status of cabbage and the harvest period in each producing area. aT plans to supply the secured stockpile to the market in a timely manner during future supply uncertainties to support price stability.
